Are my credit card details secure?

Yes... credit card details are encrypted and cannot be viewed when being transmitted to or from our secure database.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes... please make your cheque out to Dry Clean Express and include this with your order form in the garment bag pocket.

Are my details kept private?

Yes... Dry Clean Express takes your privacy very seriously and in no way will your details be provided to any other organisation.

Can I pay with cash?

As our drivers do not carry cash/change, we are not accepting COD payments at this stage. Please do not ask for change as refusal may offend. 

If you don’t have a credit card for payment purposes, please contact Dryclean Express prior to placing your order to arrange payment. This is strictly on a ‘as needs basis’ and one that requires authorisation from our office prior to your collection.

Can I get a Tax Invoice?

Yes... We will provide a tax invoice in your personalised suit bag when your garments are delivered.
