Dry Clean Express respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. We adhere to the Australian Privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We will use your customer information in the regular course of providing services to you. We respect your privacy and warrant any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Dry Clean Express will receive and store personal information you enter onto our website provided directly or in other forms. You may provide basic information such as name, address, phone number and email address. Providing us with correct and up to date personal information allows us to better service you by (1) contacting you about any issues which may arise during the handling of your garments, (2) forwarding you special promotional materials, and (3) processing your credit card payments. Your credit card details are stored at a bank e commerce facility and cannot be accessed by the employees or owners of Dry Clean Express.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties. No information will be sold or traded in any way.

REFUNDS and RETURNS POLICY


Dry Clean Express will issue a full refund of cleaning costs in the event of loss or damage to your clothing where we are at fault.

We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials against color loss, dye bleeding and shrinkage where the manufacturer’s care label instructions have been followed. , Buttons, sequins, buckles, beads and trimmings are covered by the care label.

Dry Clean Express follows standards, policies and advice received and issued by the Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia and in accordance with the ‘International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textiles Products. We exercise the utmost care in processing clothing and household items to avoid misplacement , loss or damage, however in the event an issue arises where the dry cleaner is deemed to be at fault, the Fair Claims Guide will be used to asses any reimbursement to the customer. You may be requested to sign a disclaimer for cleaning of risky items such as leather garments, household items and articles without manufacturers care labels.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning and advise us within seven days of delivery to you, we will re clean your garment free of charge.
