HOW IT WORKS

Dry Clean Express is simple & convenient to use.

 Order online or call us on (0)3 9569 6837.

 Our turnaround time is 2 days for all 

plain garments & shirts.

Please allow longer for household & specialized cleaning.

 Online collection

1. Click on 'ARRANGE A PICK UP' , Create an account in the Login App and follow the prompts.
2. Complete your details and provide your Credit/Debit Card info. Rest assured your card details are held securely at the National Bank E Commerce facility.           Dry Clean Express has no direct access to your card details.  
3. Attach your name & contact details to a disposable bag containing your garments or furnishings & we will collect on the next pick up day.
4. When your order is ready and delivered,  you will receive notification by your preferred method & charges will apply.
5. We will issue you with a free re usable garment bag on your first delivery.
   

Please place your order prior to 9:30am on your required collection day - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.

Telephone Orders

1. Call us on (03) 9569 6837 to log your collection request. You will be required to provide contact, collection & payment details.
2. Attach your name & contact details to a disposable bag containing your garments.
3. Leave your bag at Home front, reception or concierge desk ready for collection.
